At Pal Optical, we strive to provide the highest quality eyewear and service. Please review our policies regarding returns, warranties, and prescription changes below.
We want you to love your new look.
Returns: Frames may be returned within 30 days of purchase.
Exchanges: Frames may be exchanged one time within 30 days of purchase.
Note: Please see the "Lens Policy" section regarding custom lenses involved in frame returns or exchanges.
All new frames are covered under a 1-year manufacturer’s warranty against manufacturing defects.
This warranty covers structural defects occurring under normal use. It does not cover accidental damage, loss, or theft.
Because prescription lenses are custom-made medical devices tailored specifically to your eyes and your chosen frame, there are no refunds on prescription lenses.
Standard Lenses: Lenses purchased without premium coatings do not carry a warranty. We cannot remake lenses due to scratches unless a protection package was purchased.
Premium Protection: A scratch warranty applies only if an Anti-Reflective (A/R) or Premium Scratch Coating is purchased.
Adjusting to "no-line" bifocals (progressives) can take time. If you are unable to adapt to your progressive lenses, we will remake them into lined bifocals or single-vision lenses at no charge.
This exchange must be initiated within 90 days of the original dispense date.
If your doctor makes a correction to your prescription, we will provide a one-time courtesy remake of your lenses.
The new prescription must be presented within 45 days of your original eyewear dispense.
We are happy to perform adjustments on glasses, regardless of where they were purchased.
While our opticians are highly skilled, older frames or frames with hidden stress fractures can sometimes break during adjustment.
In the unlikely event that your frame breaks while we are adjusting it, we offer a 20% courtesy discount on the purchase of a new pair of frames.
Thank you for choosing Pal Optical for your vision care needs.
